24/7 technical support is available for all our customers and performed by our skilled field service engineers. The emergency support team is available to ensure minimum downtime of your equipment.

Remote Condition Monitoring

All our units can be optionally equipped with an online remote monitoring system which enables correct service during an unexpected standstill. It also enables to provide preventive and corrective maintenance support.

Destinus offers comprehensive training programs that cater to various levels, ranging from operator to maintenance proficiency. This enables our customers to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain their equipment in accordance with both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications and industry quality standards.

Installation and Commissioning

Destinus provides full supervision throughout the process of installation and commissioning. Our dedicated service team ensures that the Destinus’s equipment is installed and commissioned to meet your expectations, ensuring your utmost satisfaction.

Field Service and Inspections

Our team of highly skilled service support engineers is equipped to handle all necessary planned and unscheduled maintenance tasks, conduct repairs as needed, and offer valuable recommendations to ensure the efficient and safe operation of your equipment. To ensure optimal performance, we also provide OEM parts whenever required.

Major Overhauls

The Destinus service team supports our customers during an overhaul and provides all services required to maintain your equipment. After a complete overhaul the turbine is equipped to run for another 42,500 operating hours. In order to secure continuous operation during the overhaul, we offer a short turbine rental or a turbine exchange program.

Product Enhancements and Upgrades

At Destinus, we design our equipment to have a long and reliable service life. However, we understand the importance of staying up to date with the latest advancements in technology.
